A: Yes! R-Teez® revolutionary design is manufactured to clean ANY surface stain from your grout instantly.

A: R-Teez®is made from a patented rubber based material with abrasives perfectly designed to clean concrete.

Q: Will R-Teez® remove every stain?
A: Yes, every surface stain. And while the majority of stains on grout are surface related, there are instances where the stain has soaked into the grout and in these few cases, R-Teez® will only be able to remove the discoloration from the surface.

Q: Is R-Teez® removing or damaging my grout?
A: No. R-Teez® is made from a rubber based material designed not to damage cement. R-Teez® is made softer than your grout, which is cement, so the tool is wearing down rather than your grout -- just like an eraser on a pencil does. If you were to continuously and aggressively erase in the exact same area for a long period of time, you will eventually remove the grout. As you will see while using R-Teez®, it works immediately -- using a little elbow grease.

Q: Is R-Teez® easy to use?
A: Absolutely. R-Teez® works just like an eraser on the end of a pencil -- simply erase the stain away?

Q: The sharp edge is gone, what do I do?
A: Take R-Teez® on any concrete surface such as your driveway or patio cement deck, hold it at an angle and rub that sharp edge back in. While using R-Teez®, alternate the direction back and forth and you will maintain a constant edge.

Q: Will R-Teez® clean stains from my tile?
A: There are so many different types of tile, marble and porcelain on the market today, that we cannot recommend using R-Teez® directly on the tile because it may scratch. Q: Should I reseal my grout after using my product?
A: That is entirely up to you. Resealing will help to keep your grout clean.

A: Yes! R-Teez® will clean rust, calcium (hard water stains), graffiti, algae and other surface stains from anu concrete surface. R-Teez® works best on a smooth surfaces. Please test in a small area prior to proceeding.

Q: The package states that R-Teez® uses no chemicals, however, what is that smell?
A: R-Teez® is a mold unit and what you are smelling is the "mold release" which is much like Pam® that is used to coat a teflon pan prior to cooking so the food will not stick.
